At Venroy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 21 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location or courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
